It was a busy night over Scanner traffic, but fortunately, not very many calls for fireworks fires. One call involving fireworks was out at the State Recreation Area in Bridgeport, where a juvenile was cited for fireworks and released to his parents.
If you spotted some black smoke yesterday in the area of Scottsbluff Airport, that was a controlled burn, according to airport personnel.
East Overland and 3rd Avenue in Scottsbluff was the location of a call for a man who was severely scraped up after experiencing a fall and had ETOH (alcohol) on board. That was around 8.40 p.m. He was transported to Regional West.
There was a Gearing medical call just before that at the McDonald's. If you noticed ambulances there, that was a 17-year-old female experiencing a seizure. She was transported to the hospital.
Around 11 p.m., Trooper 483 received a report that an individual in a black Dodge Ram was possibly 10-47 or DUI. The traffic stop occurred around Highway 30, County Road 155, and when it was over, it was one male, 10-15, headed to the Sidney Jail.
