The Alliance Police Department and the Box Butte County Sheriff's Office are seeking your assistance in locating Harley Salway, who was inadvertently released from jail without posting bond.
Officers and deputies believe he may be in Alliance or Scottsbluff.
Harley is described as a white male, gray hair, hazel eyes, 6 feet 1 inches tall, approximately 165 pounds.
