(MITCHELL, Neb.) -- Just after midnight, troopers and police in Mitchell had a driver stopped for possible 10-47 or DUI. And indeed in the end there was one male taken to Scotts Bluff County Jail, 10-15 or under arrest.
(LYMAN, Neb.) -- At 2:39 pm, the pager call came in for a fire near Lyman. Highway 92, Road 59, reportedly 2 miles west of Lyman, right near the Wyoming border. Yoder, Torrington and LaGrange fire responded. Nice coordinated work by all the fire departments out there with their mutual aid program.
(KIMBALL, Neb.) -- In Kimball, a 77-year-old man was lighting his pilot light when it exploded. Scanner traffic indicated that Airlink was in route with one male to Regional West.
(SCOTTSBLUFF, Neb.) -- Around 4:45 pm, on 10th Avenue in Scottsbluff, a 13-year-old was reportedly kicked in the head and the back. An ambulance was called for this possible assault, but further, Scanner traffic indicated that Scottsbluff fire canceled the medical response and no further traffic was heard on this event.
(MINATARE, Neb.) -- 5:03 pm, a 10-74, came across, a lookout, 10-59, 10-74, lookout for a vehicle driving westbound in the eastbound lanes on Highway 26 between Minatare and Scottsbluff. The driver must have gotten turned around since no further traffic was heard.
